Black Hawk College | Building 1 Addition & Renovation
As the main entrance to the campus, the college desired to have an eye-popping building that will excite future and current students alike. To achieve this, we added a 40,000 SF addition to make this area of campus pop and create an awe-inspiring first impression. Once inside, the 30,000 SF renovation becomes apparent as high-end finishes and easy flow guides visitors through unencumbered, comfortable spaces.
